Beatrice Wood (1893-1998) spent the last decades of her colorful life in Ojai, some hundred miles north of Los Angeles, where she had a house built to include a large, light-filled ceramics studio. This video shows her making pottery and creating some of her famed glazes. Wood’s work gained worldwide acclaim and she continued making art until her death at the age of 104.
