Robert Legorreta, also known as Cyclona, was a street performer of Basque and Mexican heritage who lived in East LA. His earliest performances date back to the mid 1960’s when Legorreta was in his teens. During his performances, Legorreta would dress in drag and perform on Whittier Boulevard.
