Gas Station in Palm Springs
Gas station in Palm Springs designed by Albert Frey in 1963, photographed by Julius Shulman. This distinctive, modern structure with its “hyperbolic paraboloid canopy” (try saying that five times fast) closed for business in the mid 90’s and has since been resurrected as the Palm Springs Visitors Center.
