The Cool School is a 2008 PBS documentary about the historic Ferus Gallery in Los Angeles. Founded by Walter Hopps, Ed Keinholz and Bob Alexander, Ferus Gallery served, from 1956 to 1966, as a site for exhibitions of groundbreaking artworks, and paved the way for the next generation of Southern California artists.
