This voting booth was lent to Cooper Hewitt by IDEO as part of Access+Ability. In 2015, the IDEO team, Cambridge Consultants, and Digital Foundry, came together to redesign the LA County voting booths. This redesign of the voting booth is more allows for a more diverse group of voters: those who are deaf, blind, or wheelchair users.
